  • High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class which consists of 20 seconds of intense exercise followed by a 10 second rest period for 8 rounds

  • Each class is guaranteed to keep you challenged by combining cardio and strength training exercises which help to improve aerobic conditioning, build muscle and burn calories.

  • STRONG NATIONcombines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio, and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move.

  • Zumba is a fitness program that involves cardio and Latin-inspired dance. It improves your overall mental fitness, as it melts away stress, boosts your mood and makes you happier with easy to follow moves.
